What is DWEL?

DWEL is an employee caregiver benefit for employers whose people are caring for an aging parent. Chris, DWEL’s AI voice assistant, talks with the older adult by phone. DWEL’s voice-first agentic AI platform carries routine tasks like rides, reminders and check-ins through to completion, within rules the family sets. The family is notified by text or email. Employers see aggregate productivity results, never family details.
